I help people to improve their lives in the way that they want to. This can be through processing difficult emotions or past events, or looking at goal direction and enabling changes to lead a more fulfilling life. I aim to build a real and honest, person- to -person working relationship with you, where you can feel safe to say and feel what you need to.

​My approach is warm, supportive and non- judgemental, where I always work to what you want from the therapy. This may be to be given the space and support to process feelings at your pace, or you may prefer a more solution- focused approach, where I can teach you coping strategies, exploring techniques and strategies, such as Cognitive- Behavioural Therapy (CBT), or using creative art.

My fee is £50.00 per individual session. Sessions are for 50 minutes, although, the initial consultations is £70.00 for 90 minutes.

Couples Counselling is £55.00 per 60 minute session.​



Hypnotherapy is an effective therapy that uses your own resources to effect change. In psychology we say 'If you can see it you can be it', where hypnosis is an effective tool to help focus the mind to affect change at a subconscious level. Hypnotherapy is not like stage hypnosis, it is a natural state, like meditation, where you remain in control. I use relaxation as a method, so it is a very pleasant re-charging experience, great for the mind and body.

Your subconscious aims to help you, however, in being the primitive part of your brain, sometimes it is holding on to unhelpful beliefs about yourself, others, or inhibiting you from living the life you want to consciously. Hypnotherapy can help the subconscious realise there is no threat to your survival by undertaking certain tasks and build on your self- esteem and confidence.

My fee is £60.00 per session, where this work is short- term. ​

​​The fee for the quit smoking therapy is £140.00 for a one- off, two hour session, to then lead a smoke free life.


Child Therapy

Many children need extra support to help them deal with various life situations and difficulties, to build their self- esteem, increase their confidence and gain resilience and emotional development. I work with children from 3 years old, using play techniques, to allow children to access their self- growth through the means of creative arts.

​I have experience working with complex emotional difficulties in children, as well as various life struggles, such as  exam stress, bereavement, parents separating, self- esteem and friendship issues. I also work with children who have a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD and ODD, as well as children with a low mood, anxiety, or having experienced past trauma.

​My fees are £55.00 per 50 minute session. An initial parent consultation is a requirement charged at £50.00. This provides the opportunity to discuss background and provide strategies to parents to use in the home.

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive and non- judgemental, where I aim to build a relationship that promotes open self- exploration, or development at your pace. Every client is different, so I work in ways to accommodate what you need from your therapist. I am naturally caring and have great insight, to be able to put myself into your perspective and see 'outside the box' to dynamics that may be occurring, to help you to make change towards fulfilling your potential.

I  aim to provide a reflective space where you can feel heard and understood. Some clients need to explore past experiences, in order to gain understanding and process feelings, that have perhaps becomes stuck and may be preventing them from moving forward, other people need more confidence in an area of life now, or some clients chose a more proactive approach, such as CBT techniques or even exploration through creative therapy, such as art work or clay. I can help you to make the changes you want,  in order to lead a more fulfilling life.

I have advanced experience in anxiety, behavioural issues, anger management, relationship issues, self- esteem and goal achievement. However, I have worked for ten years, helping people in various areas of life. Therapy is also about enhancement, not just a place to go when things have become bad.

I have previously worked alongside social services, supporting children and their families who are looked after children, on Child In Need, or Child Protection plans. I have also worked in a young offenders prison, supporting rehabilitation and I have worked as a school counsellor in Primary and Secondary schools.

I have experience working with ASD, ADHD and ODD and various emotional difficulties in children.

I have also previously worked at a local Hospice offering bereavement counselling and I have also volunteered for well- known organisations supporting people to overcome depression, anxiety disorders, bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties and working with anger.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling (BACP), regulating professional practice for therapists and I uphold their ethical guidelines at all times. I also have an Enhanced DBS check and am fully insured.
